Qurina Engineering Consultancy, a limited liability architectural company devoted to architecture and engineering services and operates as an advisory body. It was founded by Mahmud Kikhia in Benghazi in 1992. The primary aim of Qurina is to establish a globally recognized standard for the built environment, especially after the post-revolution and civil war scenarios in Libya that took place in 2011 to 2015. 

For over three decades, Qurina has consistently delivered high-quality residential, commercial, administrative, healthcare, and educational projects, aligning with the visions of its clients. The firm has become a trusted reference for important governmental authorities and educational institutions, it has overseen crucial projects, including the assessment of the Central Banks of Libya and the maintenance and supervision of the Central Library at the University of Benghazi. Additionally, it serves as a training ground for young architects and engineers, fresh graduates, and students.
